We have church-planting teams across North Africa, the Middle East, Europe and the UK. In recent years, we have seen God do amazing things in the Arab world, answering prayers and drawing people to Himself in remarkable ways, despite challenges and opposition.

Would you like to encourage the Church to grow in a difficult environment and use your passions and gifts to bless communities with huge spiritual needs?

There are a number of exciting ways for you to start getting involved with what God is doing.

We arrange short-term teams, providing you with a first-hand experience of serving together in a different culture. These typically run for 1-3 weeks during Spring, Easter and Summer holidays. You will receive orientation beforehand, learn by serving alongside long-termers and be debriefed on your return. Why not invite your CU/small group/church family to join you?

A tailor-made cross-cultural placement lasting from one month to a year. It is designed to help you discover God’s purpose for your life, as you use your skills and experience in support of Pioneers teams.

If you are exploring a sense of calling to cross-cultural mission and think that God might be leading you to go deeper, we run internships and training programmes to equip you and give you practical ministry experience. Opportunities include our Equip:UK cross-cultural training programme with one of our teams in a multi-cultural UK city, and Pioneers’ Discipleship Training Communities in which you can spend three months being trained and equipped for cross-cultural ministry.
