What are you learning through this lockdown?
I have noticed how different personalities have coped with the new patterns of life enforced by COVID-19 measures. Many extroverts have struggled with the social isolation and distancing rules, while introverts I know have felt very refreshed and slightly guilty that they’ve enjoyed the solitude during lockdown so much.
Personally, I’ve been surprised by my ability to experience a month’s worth of emotions in one day. Slowing down from busy activity has pushed me to be more reflective, especially as a result of reading a soul-searching book called The Emotionally Healthy Leader by Peter Scazzero.
